Yes, the Japanese version has English voice acting and Japanese subtitles. The title is in English on the Japanese cover, but the title on the spine of the box is in Japanese (ダークソウル). I agree, Artorias (as far as we know, it looks like him) would've been a better version for a re-release including the Abysswalker DLC.
